Meg hails from the fine city of New Orleans. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University, it was time to explore. Meg took her avid curiosity, tremendous energy and tenacity to Europe where she bicycled across Provence, Tuscany, Austria, Germany, and Prague. Armed with her degree, enthusiasm and love of people, Meg entered the hospitality industry and gained experience at Bonnie Boyd and Company in New Orleans.

After the devastating tragedy of hurricane Katrina, Meg’s life changed drastically. Making the difficult decision to leave New Orleans, Meg set her sights on opportunities in other cities in the DMC world. After investigating New York, Colorado and Las Vegas, Meg decided to make Nashville her home and we are so pleased she did. Her personality and ability reflect the spark of salesmanship that Meg is energetically pursuing. Destination Nashville is proud to count Meg among its young, energetic and talented Performance Team. In July 2008, Meg received the Destination Management Certified Professionals (DMCP) certification through the Association for Destination Management Executives.  In March 2009, Meg received the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification through the Convention Industry Council.
