Executive Vice President & COO

Carol Norfleet serves as Executive Vice President & COO with Destination Nashville.  Leading the CMP certification exam study groups in TN, she most recently facilitated her 9th CMP Boot Camp at MPI’s WEC 2010 on an international level.  As Treasurer for the Accreditation and Certification Board of ADME, the Association of Destination Management Executives, Carol ensures the advancement of professionalism in the DMC industry.  

A recipient of the ADME Joanne O’Connor President’s Award, as well as MPI:TN Supplier of the Year, Carol is a requested presenter on meetings industry issues such as site selection, food and beverage and  destination management.  She also serves on the faculty for the Belmont University Event Certification Program.
